What I did last week!

I just got home from one of my favorite weeks of the summer. That's right last week was Girls Camp. I have to say we have it pretty cush at Camp Esther-Applegate. We have cabins, flush toilets, showers, and mess hall complete with cooks. Life doesn't get any better. This years theme was "Back to Basics" hence the military vibe. We are also on the shore of Lake of the Woods which allowed for some fantastic 5:30 am swims across the lake and back. Perfect for triathlon training. This year I even put my head in the water the entire time. I didn't open my eyes, but baby steps right! I am so grateful to the wonderful women who woke up to canoe with me. I couldn't have done it without you.

Not shown are the pictures of me with over 60 mosquito bites. The one drawback to camp this year. Oh well, a few bug bites won't keep me from having the time of my life. Thanks for the great times ladies!
